Sierra Campground is located seven miles north east of Sierra City on the North Yuba River along Hwy 49. There are 16 campsites, vault toilets and river water source-purify before drinking. The campground overlooks the river and is surrounded by fir trees. Capacity: 80 Fee: Overnight Use: Single Site: $20 per night Additional Vehicle Fee: $5 per vehicle per night Water: Water can be treated or filtered from nearby water sources Restroom: Vault toilet(s) Restrictions: Camping outside designated campground is prohibited in this area
