Angel of Shavano Group Campground
This group campground is located near the Angel of Shavano campground and adjacent to the creek. Volleyball, softball, and a horseshoe pit are available. Visitors must bring their own equipment including volleyball net, baseball equipment and horseshoes. Parking is provided for 12-14 passenger vehicles. Firewood is sold by the campground host at the Angel of Shavano campground.The campground has a covered pavillion with picnic tables, 6 standing grills, 5 large picnic tables and a fire ring with benches. Capacity: 100 Fee: Overnight Use: Group Site: $145 per night Open Season: May 20, 2022 Water: Drinking Water, hand pump at nearby campground Restroom: Vault toilets Restrictions: Parking is limited to 60 x120 area. Vehicles are not permitted in the lower meadow by the beaver pond. Dogs must be leashed at all times. No discharge of firearms or fireworks. Only licensed vehicles can operate inside campground.
