Adjacent to; the northern border of the Strawberry Mountain Wilderness, this campground offers opportunities for stream fishing, hiking, hunting, and Wilderness access. From the campground Slide Connector Trail #386 starts at the campground. Set amongst ponderosa pine trees along Slide Creek this campground is a only 1.5 miles from Strawberry Campground and the Strawberry Basin Trailhead. Capacity: 20 Fee: No fees are required for this site Water: No water is available Restroom: Vault toilet(s) Restrictions: This trail is not in the wilderness, however the trail leading from this campground travels into the wilderness. Wilderness Regulations apply. Motorized and mountain bike use prohibited.
