Named after the "unsinkable " Molly Brown on the Titanic, this campground is located on the eastern shore of Turquoise Lake in a shaded lodgepole pine forest at an elevation of 9,900 feet. Potable water, vault toilets, picnic tables and firerings with grates are available throughout this campground. Firewood is for sale at the host site.The Turquoise Lake Nature Trail traverses between this and the Silver Dollar campgrounds and loops along the shoreline. Be sure to pick up your trail guide prior to departure to learn about the flora and fauna along this trail.Please follow the links to access the Turquoise Lake Campgrounds map. Capacity: 245 Open Season: Late May/Early June Water: Potable water is available through a pressurized water system. No filling RV tanks, please. Restroom: Vault toilets are located throughout the campground. Restrictions: Regardless of the length of the parking spur, only one Recreational Vehicle per campsite is allowed. Additional restrictions apply to this campground : Maximum 8 persons per site: 2 tents and 2 vehicles or 1 recreation vehicle. Dogs must be leashed at all times. No discharge of firearms or fireworks. Only licensed vehicles can operate inside campground. Camping is NOT ALLOWED behind a LOCKED GATE.
