Named for the very large Jeffery pines that grace the site, Big Trees Campground is located along the banks of Bishop Creek and affords nice camping and fishing opportunities. Some sites in shade and some in open sunlight. Bear proof food storage containers available in the campground. 16 campsites. Capacity: 80 Fee: Overnight Use: Single Site: $34 per night Additional Vehicle Fee: $10 per vehicle per night Water: Yes, drinking water is available from a hand pump Restroom: Flush toilet(s) Restrictions: Dogs must always be on leash and under owner control. Maximum stay 14 days. Active bear area. All food must be secured overnight and when not attended; bear boxes are provided and must be used (typical bear box size 48" x 30" x 36"). Always keep a clean camp and do not feed wildlife.
