Sulphide Del Rey was once a site of an old mining company. The miners lived here to escape the heat of the lower elevations where they worked during the day. This site offers an exciting place to camp with the family because of the ponderosa pine and abundance in wildlife. Capacity: 50 Fee: No fees are required for this site Water: No water is available Restroom: Vault toilet(s) Restrictions: 14-day stay limit. Trailers under 20 feet. Fire in designated areas only - and only when fires are allowed. No trash service. Pack It In, Pack It Out. Dispose of waste properly. Leave what you find. Quiet hours 10:00 pm to 6:00 am (running generators are not permitted during quiet hours).
