Owl Creek Packer Camp
This trailhead is located across the road from the Owl Creek Packer Camp. This trailhead accesses Trail #35, which goes around the south side of Holland Lake and leads to Upper Holland Lake, and ultimately the Bob Marshall Wilderness. Trail #35 intersects trails #415, #120, and #110. This trail is heavily used by outfitters and stock. Be prepared to encounter stock and muddy trail conditions. This trail does not provide a view of Holland Falls. There are 8 first-come, first-serve camp spots which include a picnic table, fire ring, and communal use of water and feed stations for horses. Capacity: 88 Fee: No fees are required for this site Water: Yes, drinking water is available from a hand pump Restroom: Vault toilet(s) Restrictions: There is an uphill-downhill timing restriction due to the high use and frequent conflicts on this trail. Please go uphill on Trail #35 before noon and travel downhill after noon to avoid conflicts with other stock users.
