This campground has 34 campsites and is located just east of the Highway 395/ Rock Creek (Tom's Place) junction. It is frequently one of the first campgrounds to open in the Rock Creek area each spring. Capacity: 180 Fee: Overnight Use: Single Site: $33 per night Additional Vehicle Fee: $10 per vehicle per night Open Season: April Water: Yes, drinking water is available from a hand pump Restroom: Vault toilet(s) Restrictions: Dogs must always be on leash and under owner control. Maximum stay 14 days. Active bear area. All food must be secured overnight and when not attended; bear boxes are provided and must be used (typical bear box size 48" x 30" x 36"). Always keep a clean camp and do not feed wildlife.
