Idlewild Campground
The Idlewild Campground is a first-come, first-served campground located next to US Highway 40 just before the town of Winter Park. This campground has 24 non-electric sites that will accommodate tents, trailers and RVs. Each site contains a tent pad, fire grate and picnic table. All campsites with a tent pad have a bear locker. Additional facilities include restrooms, trash service and drinking water. There are opportunities to fish in the Fraser River and hike nearby. Capacity: 125 Fee: Overnight Use: Single Site: $29 per night Open Season: 5/27 Water: Yes, drinking water is available from a hand pump Restroom: Vault toilet(s) Restrictions: A single site may hold up to eight people. Tents must fit on the pads provided. RVs, trailers or other vehicles must fit on the parking spur. Driving or parking off road is not permitted. Maximum Vehicle Length: 30 . Pets must be on a hand-held leash.
