Mcgee Creek Campground
This 28 unit campground provides an excellent "close-to-the-trailhead" location to camp as a jumping off point for adventures in the McGee Canyon area or as a pleasant sunny location for family camping. Each campsite has a shade pavilion as there are few trees here. The campground is 2 miles from the trailhead and 4 miles from Crowley Lake. Capacity: 140 Fee: Overnight Use: Single Site: $35 per night Additional Vehicle Fee: $10 per vehicle per night Water: Yes, drinking water is available from faucets Restroom: Vault toilet(s) Restrictions: Dogs must always be on leash and under owner control. Maximum stay 14 days. Active bear area. All food must be secured overnight and when not attended; bear boxes are provided and must be used (typical bear box size 48" x 30" x 36"). Always keep a clean camp and do not feed wildlife.
