Oak Flat Campground
Elevation: 2800-Foot Elevation Amenities: 20Campsites- picnic tables and campfire rings, vault toilets. There is currently no piped water available. Please bring enough water for cooking, cleaning, drinking, and extinguishing campfires. Fees: Camping - Adventure Pass/America the Beautiful Pass Required. Campsites are first come-first served. No reserving or holding of campsites allowed. Day use -Adventure Pass/America the Beautiful Pass Required. Hiking: A short walk to the trail behind the fire station leads to local Whitaker Peaker 's: Maximum RV length is 22 '- No hookups. Oak Flat Campground is located on the north west side of the forest with easy access off the I-5 freeway. With 20campsites, grab the family and spend the weekend roasting marshmallows around the campfire, go on a hike to Whitaker Peak, or hop in your vehicle fora short drive to the cool waters of Piru Creek at Frenchmens Flat.
