The campground has 18 sites among Aspen and mixed conifers, adjacent to the Conejos River. Gold Medal trout fishing (fly-fishing only) in the Conejos River. Hiking on numerous area trails. The campground sits among Aspen and mixed conifer trees, with some sites overlooking the river. It is convenient to several trails, the resort community of Platoro and Platoro Reservoir. Capacity: 110 Fee: Day Use: $12 per day $10 per day (during shoulder season) Overnight Use: Single Site: $29 per night Double Site: $58 per night Single Site: $10 per night (during shoulder season) Open Season: Memorial Day weekend Water: Potable water available. Restroom: Vault toilets
