Tuweep Campground
Toroweap Campground (officially Tuweep Campground) is a remote, primitive site in Grand Canyon National Park located near the sheer Toroweap Overlook. It features 9 individual sites and 1 group site, picnic tables, and composting toilets, but offers no water, gas, or trash services. Advanced permits via Recreation.gov are required. Maximum vehicle length is 22 feet (including trailers). High-clearance or 4WD is strongly recommended for the 60+ miles of dirt road. Campfires and charcoal grills are prohibited; fossil fuel stoves are allowed. Individual sites allow 1–6 people and up to 2 vehicles. Group site allows 7–11 people and up to 4 vehicles.
